Kyle Horton // LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Kyle Horton accepted the call to be our lead pastor in 2014. Prior to coming, Kyle and his wife Nadine spent six years serving a Wesleyan church in Delaware. Kyle brings a deep love of Jesus and a desire to see every person experience new life in Christ. He loves preaching and teaching the Bible and holds a strong vision for 3Rivers to be a church that serves our community. Kyle enjoys sports, reading, and deals in antiques as a hobby.
Kalina Carlson // Associate Pastor
Pastor Kalina is a recent graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary where she received a Masters of Divinity. After graduating from seminary, Kalina and her husband Brad moved back to Indiana to be closer to family and to once again enjoy Indiana sunsets. Kalina is passionate about community development and how the love of God can positively transform communities into more inclusive spaces. Kalina enjoys baking pies, reading, and going on hikes with her husband and their dog Wrigley.

Sarah DeMond // KID'S PASTOR & VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Pastor Sarah serves as Children's Pastor at Three Rivers, working closely with the nursery, 3RKids, and their families. With faithful love, creativity, and awesome planning, she helps kids and their families get to know Jesus through her team of trained volunteers. Additionally, she helps connect volunteers with ministry teams. She also participates in life groups and worship team. She and her husband Nick have been part of the Three Rivers family for over 20 years. They're rediscovering life through the eyes of their adventurous toddler and joyful kindergartener. Lastly, Sarah enjoys her two cats, and loves to bead.
Shay Nichols // DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY

Shay joined our team in 2014 as our Church Administrator. Throughout the years Shay's role has changed and grown into her current position as Hospitality Coordinator. Whether you join us online or in-person, Shay and her team will be ready to serve you. With a heart of genuine love for God’s people, she prepares behind the scenes for many events in our church life and is the first person many may talk to when visiting the church. She loves to read and relax at home with her husband Ryan and all their pets. God, family and friends are central in her life.
